It’s been awhile since I’ve had truly great sushi.  Courtesy of Shiro’s, Seattle. Omakase:  Uni, Mackerel, Spanish Mackerel, Yellow Tail, Albacore, Red Snapper, Geoduck, Squid, Soy Marinated Tuna.  I think I can drink their house made soy sauce.
